I am a first time buyer, and I was referred to Diane Vanna of The Vanna Group by a friend who had previously bought a home with her. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but Diane walked me through every step of the process. She was always prepared, knew what to ask when I didn't, and provided certainty in uncertain moments. She was honest when she thought a property wouldn't be a good fit and always explained why, so I never felt like she was in it just to get a sale. She shrewdly negotiated when we found the right home so I feel great knowing I didn't overpay in today's hypercompetitive market. Diane always found a way to take care of everything, and I am grateful to have worked with her. I think Diane and her team are great and I happily plan to refer The Vanna Group to my friends as well.

A good friend recommended Diane to us to help us sell our home and buy our new one. Diane went above and beyond for us from the beginning of the process to the end. She is caring and personable, and she is always dependable. My family had some very specific parameters in finding a new home and Diane was able to help us check every box. Also, in this difficult market, we had some major setbacks - Diane was supportive and advocated for us through all of it. Diane was able to sell our home quickly and for the list price! Reviewing Diane and The Vanna Group feels like reviewing a dear friend or family member - how do I even start? I lucked into being matched with Diane via Zillow and could not imagine a better fit. From the start it was clear that she genuinely cared about me as a buyer and got to know my family's needs in a new home. She was patient in our search and kept me grounded when a home had one or two features I loved but lacked what she knew were the most important aspects in a home to me (#1: spacious kitchen!). When it came time to make an offer and negotiate, I knew she was taking good care of us in the process. She was up front and honest, guiding us through the eventual inspection and various steps involved in making it official. She even helped us celebrate when we closed and made my children feel excited for the move. Every single detail matters to her!When it came time to sell our old place there was no question we'd continue working with Diane! The Vanna Group continued to guide us and helped us prepare for a successful open house and private showings. We had our buyer just a few days after listing and felt that our selling price was fairly and thoughtfully negotiated. Bob and Diane were a joy to work with both as buyers and sellers - I feel endlessly lucky to have found The Vanna Group!!
