Bob did a terrific job with the sale of my house! He met with me and explained the whole process of selling the house, shared his plans for marketing the house and gave me an overview of the current market in my neighborhood. Preparation is key to success and Bob made sure that happened. There was an offer on the house in just a few days! After this quick sale, Bob then went to work with me in finding my next home.
